Franchisees are responsible for sourcing a local broker to identify potential sites in your designated market. The R Taco management team will review all sites that are identified.
Franchisees are responsible for sourcing an architect and general contractor. R Taco corporate has recommended architects and general contractors if needed. The R Taco management team will review all architectural plans and will perform the final walk through to ensure the site meets our building requirements.
Franchisees will be responsible for attending a 4 week training program in Dallas, Texas. The goal is to provide you the knowledge and tools to operate a great R Taco restaurant. All costs associated with training will be the responsibility of the franchisees to include: travel, lodging, meals, and wages. if applicable. On-going training will be conducted after the store opens.
Our new restaurant opening team will provide five days of on-site restaurant opening assistance.
Our operations team will work in conjunction with our franchisees to maximize their business opportunity.
